Ontario Car Insurance!!!!!!!! Let me know!!!!!
Just trying to see how many guys from ontario on here would be interested in a modified/exotic car insurance policy. This would mean you wouldn't get dropped or ridiculous fees for having modifications or for tracking your car. I was putting together the idea of opening my own insurance agency specifically for that purpose but would want to see how many guys on here and your friends with modified cars would be interested because i would be relying on word of mouth to start up. I have start up cost covered and a potential business partner. What do you guys think?

This was tried a few years back by Williams performance Brake, they spent ~ 3 years attempting to put together a policy or this exact demographic of vehicle.. In the end it was written off and sent packing.. unless you've got Oprah rich backers and people inside the upper echelons of whatever ins. company your looking to underwrite this venture, it's going to be a good way to go gray and blow your money. That being said I hope it does fly as I'd like to get in on some good Ins. for myself and my customers.

I would be interested in this type of insurance, but with an established company. I already have a problem paying a good deal of money for what basically amounts to a piece of paper stating said insurance company might maybe consider thinking about possibly paying to fix or replace my car if the circumstances of the incident/accident meet their usually arbitrary guidelines. Since I've had my RX-7 I think I have spent about $6-8K total for insurance. I kind of want something to happen so at least I feel like I'm getting my money's worth. Last thing I need is my young insurance company going belly up and me left with a bunch of money spent and no coverage to show for it. No offense, and I do wish you luck. If your still around in ten years, then yes, I'm in.
