well,gonna try this out again..Cruise to the GTA to meet some lads and get some Parts..Last run was a 20 hour drive up and back,Into Windsor and return in ONE day..I hope to meet a couple RX'ers and I'll post if anything out of the Ordinary Happens..which Usually Does!,.haha!..May not be a Big Parts run,but I always have an interesting Drive...Rathmar,JackassJack,I am on my way!..GKarmadi:Call me!,I may be able to have a coffee on the way back in..Take care..and wish me luck..I hate the 401/400 in winter!..Cheers.STYX.

good idea turning back, my Daily is a Safari Van, and I almost lost it today on what is normally a 5 minute drive. took my well over 20 minutes, lol. let me know when you're planning on doing it again. I'm about 1 hour outside of T.O. in Port Hope/ Cobourg, whichever, lol.

 

when it snows, my daily drive usually happens faster.

You got that right. Its too bad the last owner of my rover decided to equip it with ski's instead of shoes. It can get pretty interesting when the ice hits.

Its amazing how crazy people drive without a clue to the conditions. The other day we had about an inch of snow and there were 20 accidents on the freeway, some of which happened right in front of my eyes. Most were just cars going into the ditch or barrier.

 

Well..I MADE THE RUN!..the Stupidest thing out of the Drive was when I got Passed on the Right Hand side of the Road By a gut in an INFINITI...I was doing 140..and he passed me like I was Standing Still..(and he gave me the "complimentary" how ya doin Wave!)

 

How come YOU weren't in the right lane if you were not passing anyone? And next time dial *opp on your cell phone to report any of those dangerous "Street Racers".

 

heh....YOu had to be there Jason.,.I was "setting up" to pass a vehicle..there was One behind me,..in the Left lane..(so 2 of us in the Left)..one UPcoming on the Right.he did a Swoop around us .then Inbetween the guy I was gonna Pass and he was Gone..as far as the OPP.I didn't have the Number to TIMMY's.(the local one).
