So I don't have any pics of it right now but I picked up a new toy yesterday. How about we play a guessing game? First hint. Its labeled as a 1975.

Nick: Its a project for sure. Maybe get to it after the RX3. Needs a bunch of little stuff and its seized. Might be a bigger project than I planned for but with any luck I can get it going.
RPM: Ya, good call Joe. Was picked up from a guy east of Montreal
FC3Sdrift: That's the one. The seat needs to be re-done but it seems like everything is there. Needs plenty of work.

Depending on how it's siezed it might come loose with just some penetrating oil through the spark plugs.. Worked on my FB's 12a, you never know! Just take your time with it. Spray a bunch in, let it sit for a few hours, and try to gently turn the engine by hand. It might take a few days worth of spray, wait, turn, until you can get it moving but it would save having to rebuild.
Though obviously if you can find a rebuild kit for that, it would be the best option.
Congrats on the find, that's freaking awesome!

Hey Jon
That's the plan. There are no rebuild kits and it seems like you have to hack up mazda parts to make it work. I'm thinking about approaching NRS or some other apex seal makers to do ones for the re5 but we'll see. Still a long time before this is a worry. Want to get the RX3 road worthy first. I am kinda excited about it though.
