Need part number for bellhousing bolt!

Need part number for bellhousing bolt!

Hey guys,


I need your help find the bellhousing bolt part number on the left lower corner of the transmission. the long one that the starter covers once the starter is installed. I need to order I new one from Mazda cause I bent mine being foolish.

most trans bolts are just a 1.25 metric fine thread.You can get the length you need or close to it at a hardware store.

Thanks for the part number ! And I have already went to 3 hardware/bolt stores and they never had anything which I found odd. But thanks anyways!

I know that exact bolt and I looked at Home Depot or Canadian Tire in their bulk screw, nail, nut and bolt area. I could find ones that would fit, but were about 15mm too short. I ended up going to a local industrial supply place to get a replacement. I think it was around $3, but I got one and allowed me to put the transmission and starter back on.

Now I have a full collection of spares from all the cars I tore apart a while ago. I hope to never need them, but I have them waiting (which means I will never need them!).

See, logic.

Nicely done! I also have quite the collection of spare parts that I think I will need someday but realistically not. Lol
