My radiator

Today, it exploded on me, it over heated, i saw smoke comming out of the hood so i pulled over, parked it turned it off and got out i thought something was on fire i opened the hood and saw the cap, moving, and i thought to my self "ohshit" and bam, it exploded off, spraying me from head to toe, 1st degree burn marks on my neck, legs, and a bit on the arms and 2nd degree burn marks on my hand, Dont you just love the Rads?

And Any tips to flush it?

wow your pretty lucky that it didn't get your face.
if the cap failed and let the coolant boil then in theory it should have vented to the reservoir. make sure that hose isn't kinked.
as for flushing. pull the coolant plug, on the block its on the center iron drivers side. (bottom left of the 3 nuts for the motor mount. plus the one on the rad. after it drains out just fill it up. make sure it replace it with the proper rad cap.
