9500 seems like a lot for a car with a blown engine

It does have a blown engine. Hence the lower cost and the willingness for the owner to accept lower offers. Buying a car with a blown engine is the best way to get a deal nowadays.

I bought my FD with a blown engine. I didn't want an engine I didn't know the history of, so I figured buying a dead car and rebuilding was the route for me.
