you talk'in "this" sunday?? That would be pretty short notice for most. Giver it a couple weeks so the gang can plan, like April 30th. Brett can bring donuts, Sean will need at least a couple weeks to get his car to run (or at least stay running).

Whatever, I'll just bring my Miata and laugh at your primative hard-toppies.

And my car runs fine thank you.

Ya this Sunday...sorry for the short notice. We're just headed out to scope some spots out for the real even in August.

Man, I have a Miata breakfast to goto at 10. I'll see if I can make it in my RX-7 by 12. I was gonna swap in my EFI, but I suppose I could fiddle with it some and run with my carb for awhile.

Good run today guys. Aside from a few foul ups on my car, it ran great once I hit the highway.

So, you went to the National Park instead of K-Country?

What are the results of the scouting mission?

We took a run upto Lake Louise and found a wicked spot in the trees. You could easily fit a few hundred cars in that lot.

Andrew (Turbo II Owner) busted the fence around a lot and bailed into a huge snow bank. I discovered a pit of snow 3 feet deep that took me a good 15 minutes to get out of.

All in all it was a good trip. I donno how fast those protege guys and that TII were doing because I did a steady 160 the whole way home and I couldn't catch up.

I almost hit you on that twistey road andrew you slowpoke!

I hit a good 190/200 on the protege. Stupid traffic. People don't know what the fast lane is.

Just curious why the T2 was missing the T2 aero mirrors? For some reason that caught my eye. Another Mazda factory hiccup? Like my steel hood?? *grrr*

The TII was just freshly put together. I guess it was in pretty rough shape before it got sold. So it might've just been put together with whatever parts that was available at the time.
