Hi everyone, its getting to that time of year again where I will be organizing the Lunch time lapping at Mosport on May 8th and yes the 8th is Mothers day like it is every year lol. Since this club and the RX8 club has been the most supportive of this event I am hoping to continue the tradition. Our pace car this year will not be a Mazda...............I think you all know why lol, but nevertheless the event will go on if everyone desires! I just need to know if you guys are still interested.

 

Al, I'm already posted in the 8 Forum, but to get the ball rolling I'll start a list.
I believe all donations go to Sick Kids, so come on down guys for a fun day and a good cause!

We have limited space and becuase this event was started for the rotary crowd we always have posted here 1st. We only have about 8 people on the RX8 forum and none here so to make sure we raise some money we will be posting on some other forums.

 

Other than May 8th, by any chance there will be another one during the summer time?

 

Maybe in the fall depending onthe turn out we get May 8th. This event was started in 2004 by 23Racer and we have continued ever since. The event was initally started for the RX7 club and grew into other Mazda clubs. As support has dwindled from the Mazda clubs to continue to raise money we have begun inviting others.

 

Count me in, providing a helmet is not required. Any more info?
