Looking for old Mazda info

Alright, first off, I am not looking for Rotary info. I am looking for anything related to early Mazda piston engines. The F/_A series.

Cars they came in would be the early 616/B16/18/2000, and the rear wheel drive GLC/626.

Anything from old FSM's to speed parts to owners clubs. I've decided that my b2000 is going to stay with the old school Mazda pistons, but I want to get the output up to about 120.

Nope

Mine's to old. Everything '86 and up (there was no '85) is powered by the FE. Mine has the F/MA. Exhaust and intake are reversed, among other swap issues.

My real issue is this: My B2000 (2.0L) makes 75 HP at 4000 RPM. The 616 (1.6l) and the 1800 are both rated at 104 HP. I have a 616 motor, and I have seen an 1800, and all I can see that would be different think are different are the cams, but I want to make sure before I tear into it too much.

I know a local guy with 2 2200 Diesels... Slap a turbo on it and you're rocking.

See, now that's interesting... I also found out that Couriers came with the Ford 2.3... so I might be able to bolt up a 2.3 turbo. As it sits, I think I am going to bolt on the 616 head (supposed to make 101 hp on the 1.6 block, vs. 75 on my 2.0), make a header, and maybe throw on a 4bbl nikki from an RX-7.
