ON Looking for OE Exedy clutch kit in Toronto

I need a new clutch and pressure plate for my stock 89 N/A RX-7, and I think I've decided on the OE replacement by Exedy (#10038). Anyone like / dislike this clutch?

I've found some suppliers online, but only in the states. I'm hoping to get it soon... its the only thing left to finish my rebuild. Any suggestions on where to find one locally (Toronto or Kingston) to avoid shipping costs & time?

You should be able to order that clutch from Canadian tire since they are part of the Keystone distribution. Exedy is a product they distribute. I've used exedy OEM disc for my T2 (t2 disc). It's nicely made and drives nice.

Then I upped the boost and the clutch combination wouldn't hold the extra torque.

Thanks for the info. I just called, the guy wasn't very helpful until I mentioned Keystone distribution.

He called me back and said that it was a special order item, so add $35 onto the $218 ticket price and 3 to 4 weeks for delivery.

I think I'll stick with buying it stateside for half that much and get it in 5-9 business days. Even if UPS burns me at the border (which I'm expecting at this point), I'll still save money and get it sooner.

I have used one of those CT clutches and it worked fine on a stock car.

You have an NA so just pick it up from CT.

Its cheap and will do the job
