i think it will be easier to decide whether you want to go wild or leave it stock if you just think about what you want in the future, and how much you love the car as is.
since the car belongs to you, it's all personal opinion and wants.
the only logical reasons i think for leaving the car stock is if you care for the resell value of it, or really just love the car for how it was made to be.
but if you want more and if you're not having financial problems, then do what ever you want to the car so you can enjoy it to the maximum!
now the final question:
do you want to be a enthusiast? or do you want to be a collector?

Yes all excellent points and pretty much true. For me I've been happy with the car as is. Even for 15 years. It's not that I don't love to add and modify, I do. And have done so with most of my other rides. I just never seemed to feel the need for anymore on the RX. Now I'm kinda happy i never tinkered with this one. I did add a dedicated cup holder system. and the Dashmat thingy. But both remove easily.
