just bored/ look at what i made

so iv smacked my self in the head a bit and said told myself that i really need to start saving i ever want to actually do my 13bpp-t project. so i made my fund jar. pained it and put the lid on while it was drying so i cant open it. slit on top is just small enough to shove bills through but cant get them back.

how do you guys save for projects?

ps. now accepting donations! * do to size issues i can ONLY accept $100 bills

How do I save for my projects? I keep it all in a secret bank account that I code-named "University"... only problem is for some reason every September it gets hacked into and I have to start from zero again.

Save..... I just use my credit card then take forever to pay it off. Winds up costing much more in the end, but then I don't have to have financial responsibility.

I don't save. I just can't even bare to look at what I spend on these things.... I save buy working a ton of hours. To many hours cause in the long run there is just no life

LOL, that also happens to me... I just started to put my savings into an FC model car I built so I always remember where that money is supposed to go

I have the same sort of piggy bank except it's a Ferrari F40 model for a Ferrari F40... Hahahaha

I opened an ING Direct account and set up an automatic fund transfer. Every month it automatically moves a set amount of month from my regular account with TD. 1.5% interest is better than nothing. Saving for an FD.

probably, but i should be able to get quite a few $100 bills in there. ill make a new, bigger one when this one fills up.

Go to Canadian Tire and grab one of those metal garbage pails. That's a more realistic RX-7 project piggy bank. lol

That's pretty cool, I just used an envelope with $100 bills to save up for my car. I said if I couldn't pay for it with cash, I wouldn't buy it.
