Nice. Some of you have not posted in years!

Same old for me. Continues money dump into the 10th AE. Tryed solo racing last year (With Cheng) and had extremely high oil temps. New racing oil cooler and new ems on the books for this year. Going to do some solo events and track school with nik and balzz.

Not to many rotarys or old timers around anymore. I see a ton of new sigs out there. Maybe get to meet a few at the ottawa meet or other meets that may happen this year.

And bio-deisel! Sounds cool.......

I've been good .... pimping in my new ride, I miss my 7 thou; expecially the loud stinky exhaust and the FLAMMAGE from it. It's sitting in the garage, all lonely waiting for me to change it's clutch.

Otherwise, life has been good ... ups and downs ....

And (speaking for myself anyways) we have not been the same without the forum... it's been what, about 5 years?? Wow, time flies.

I'm good these days, living in Montreal with my girlfriend (I finally found one that would tolerate me!) as of about a year and a half ago. I'm still in school, make that 8 years of university now, surprise surprise lol... Not doing much Rx-7-ing though I'm sad to say; my car has been in storage for about 3.5 years now. I promise someday the silverrocket will make a comeback... but probably no day soon lol, as I don't even have a parking spot (let alone an indoor one) at the moment, and am as broke-*** as ever!

If it doesn't overlap with exams, maybe I'll try to hit up the Ottawa party this spring and catch up with all you crazy *****. I'll bring a rental car or something lol.

Sup Chris, jeeze, you remember planning our first meetup ever, about 6 years ago? We started this whole legacy man!

I did a masters in economics, now I am in fact in law school - but I'm also having dark aspirations of even more school after this... my poor Rx-7. And yea, the special girl is still working on fixing all of my bad habits - I think I was sort of a restoration project or something.

 

Dude! long time no see. I remember you when I just got my rx7. I had it for the 2nd day and we went to some weird parking lot behind a cookie factory and had a little mini autox. I think you were there, Rich, Pd_day... and some guy with a 4wd celica.

 

We should have a old timers reunion. 6 years is a long time. People have finished school, some got married, some even got married and had kids!

I remember the good old days still... like it was yesterday too!

 

I miss max the 7 man, and his p-port goodness.

That was an amazing day. We tried to go back a while after that and they turned us away, so we wound up ripping up a parking lot in one of Waterloo's hi-tech parks. lol Those are the only two meets I've been to that had pylons.

If I get into an rx7 again it won't be rotary powered.

I remember that meet as well, Paul (blkrx7) had the celica, there was two red T2's as well and rich and derek.

We had another meet after that a couple weeks later , found some parking lot in an industrial area. blkrx7 brought his rx7, silver was there, amur was there, I had my TII there, and Leigh i think was there as well. Mike was there in his civc, There was also a guy in a full size chevy van haha.

finished school, bought a house

the rx7 got a few feet shorter and I bought a bike.

bought another house

got engaged and I'm getting ready to sell the house and move towns

still miss the rx7 and hope to have one again one day.
