Help confirming 6 port Turbo kit

I need to call on the wisdom of the Canadian forum to identify what I here.
I brought home a 6 port Turbo convertible Friday night.

By way of backstory, we have been working on an 88 Convertible project and needed some parts, and noticed another 88, same colour, on Kijiji and was actually a cleaner shell than I had, and all of the parts it needed were the ones that were good on my project. Long story short, decided to buy the other one and merge them. His price was worth the cost of the parts I needed alone, so, anything else was gravy.
The other car was a project because it had been blown up, engine rebuilt and then they ran out of time/money/interest before it was done.
The seller mentioned it had a "stock turbo" on it, but what he described didn't make sense. Anyway, when I picked it up, I found the below and I've been trying to identify it. Description seems to point to a Cartech, but, as there are no good pictures out there, I can't tell. The FPR certainly is. Any thoughts? Links to more than the little bit of info I've been able to find searching the forum?
I can't get a good picture of the turbo at the moment, as it's kind of buried with the air pump in front of it, and piping for air intake to intercooler beside it.

What looks to be a Fuel Pressure Regulator with Cartech stamped on it:

That's a very interesting find! I wonder how if that setup is even efficient? seeing that the intercooler is mounted above the turbo and manifold, would that not just cook all the air that goes into the intake?

^Its a liquid to air intercooler. the radiator is front mounted and that part in front of the throttle body is the enclosed portion.

Interesting. So this is a kit someone made at one time apparently? Cool, learned something new - I've just seen the custom 6 port turbos, like aaroncake's TIINA
