Would you guys be interested in doing a group buy for the heart & Stroke Foundation lottery? I've been doing this with my friends for a few years and was wondering if some big group buy could be made by rx7club?

Basically I would be accept payments and then make a group buy just before May 14 so we could get in on the Early Bonus Prize draw. Then I would scan our ticket numbers and post them here so everyone can know what the ticket numbers are. Of course people can still participate after the early bonus draw and I would continue to add scans.

For any prizes we win, the cash option would be chosen and distributed amongst the participants. For the small items which cash isn't an option, I think a draw would be fair at some given location decided later.

Not many interested it seems, I guess I'll set it up and then maybe more interest would be generated.

But first I need to get the rules down and such.

Should there be a limit on how many tickets each participant can buy?
Should there be a minimum purchase? (3 tickets for a discounted $250)
Is my method of prize distribution acceptable?
What type of identification should be required that I collect when money is received? I was thinking a scan of the drivers license but really all I need to know is who's who.

Payment method's I could accept are cash in person, Interac E-mail Money transfer, or paypal.
