Hey guys, I was woundering if anyone knows where to get a new gas tank for 84-85 RX-7's. Contacted mazda and they said they don't any more. I know mazdatrix carries them but they are shipped via UPS and we all know how their charges are.

they can generally be repaired... welded and then epoxied.

 

what's rebuilt cost and whats the final result of it? I've sent 2 tanks before to get "repaired" and they always came back like crap ... so thats why I just wanted to fork out for a new one. The one that I have on there right now work good but i know its stuffed with crap because i have to change the filter every 3 months or so.
