Free Tickets To Mosport This Weekend!
I have just been given 22 free tickets for this weekend April 30 - May 1 for the regional races. They are available at Scarboro Mazda, just go to the reception desk, she will give them to you!

Directions to Scarboro Mazda:
401 to Warden
South on Warden to Lawrence
Turn left and it is about 3 blocks east on the north side of Lawrence.
I have never been there, but they tell me its a nice place

Just came from there on my lunch as I picked up 4 tickets. It's seems that Al was on lunch at the same time, so I didn't get to meet him or see the car without the cover on.
But I must say. The cover looks nice.

Ditto! Thanks for the tickets. We had a good time even though the wind was bitter cold.

Just to let you guys know that if you want free tickets to any of the remaining races this year all you have to do is e-mail me and I can forward a pdf file to you that you can print out for yourself and anybody else who wants to go.
This past weekend was a freakin cold weekend and the car count is half of what it normally is. I wasn't there but Al was helping with the announcing on Sunday and he told me it snowed, rained, sleeted and some times it was sunny. John Bondar told me that at the start of the Touring GT race he had 180 degrees of water temperature and his temp's went down for the first laps! He could also see his breath inside the car. Nobody had any tire temperature and the cars were just sliding everywhere. A bunch of "off's" and a number of cars suffered severe damage from the accidents.
Anyone who went to see the races congratulations for being a great fan and pretty hardy. And for anyone else that is planning to come out for a later race weekend great as the grid sizes grow as the year goes on, expect 50 + grids for the September races, and the weather can only get better.

You are all very welcome for the tickets! I would have got more from CASC, I didnt think we would have near the response. I have already arranged to have tickets for the May 14-15 race weekend, and I will post when they get dropped off at Scarboro Mazda. The 01 race car is in the showroom until friday morning when we are go testing at Shannonville, so if anyone wants to see it just drop by.
