Im pretty sure it was a 929 you get the clutch setup from. I know they were never manual here, but could have been in another market. I had an old thread from a another forum but the link is dead in my favourates now. I'll see if I can dig it up. It basically had exact parts needed to make it fit like a glove.

I wonder if that stock Cosmo intercooler would work well in a first gen...

It might, but if I recall, the piping is similar to the FD, only on the cosmo, it hops the radiator.

Perhaps turning it 90 degrees might prove useful....hmmmmm...

Hey .. that car looks really familliar!

lol

the reason why the paint looks dull is only because it was driven from Mississauga to Kitchner through some pretty nasty weather.

It has since been detailed and looks pretty amazing if I do say so myself. I still can't get over the quality of paint that Mazda put on the Cosmo.
I looked all over Japan before I got this one and out of about 30 I looked at this one was the nicest. I'm sure the guys over at RPM can agree the pics dont really do it justice.

The deal didn't go through as the buyer really wanted to go the GTR route.
