Feature Vehicle Search

Hello all,

I'm looking for RX-7s in the Ontario area that may be worthy of a vehicle feature in an upcoming magazine issue. In addition to the magazine feature, we will also be sending a camera team to do a live interview and test drive.

Potential cars must be more "go" than "show". I am looking for cars that are weekend tracked with HP numbers above 300. Pristine paint jobs are not important since battle scars will show on cars that are actually used

If you think your car may be a good candidate, please email your mod list, car pics and build history to: info@motoringunlimited.com

I look forward to seeing what everyone has.

Thanks for looking and good luck.

Hmm, too bad...

My ugly ride has blown away 300C's, but alas 'tis only putting out 180.

If I drive my completely stock 02 protege faster (and better) than Chris can drive his 300+hp FD Monster, can I be in the magazine?

what about power to weight ratio? my bike can whoop *** too, but it only puts out 92 hp

Perhaps, lol, but let's focus on RX7s for now.

Are you interested in "real" FC race cars. I know Al is pushing close to your magic number N/A (I estimate close to 280 HP) and with my new RPM Bridge (with throttle bodies by September) I should be close to 260 hp.

I know that the cars don't have the "BLING" factor of double turbos, 20 inch chrome wheels and aggressive front attack spoilers, but are cars designed to go fast, handle well and race for a long time. I am certain that both our cars will go around Mosport faster than most.

Al's car has been a race car since 1991, mine since 1997 and I think the cars look great and would be interesting feature cars.

PM me if you are interested. I am certain Al and I could bring both our cars to a set location for a shoot.

Regards,

Eric

Well I don't race my car, but it's definately more go than show, dyno'd 240 whp last year.

Thanks for the response guys. If you could email me a mod list and a photo or two of your beasts, we can determine the suitability of your submissions. If we decide to move forward, we will contact you to set up a time for a shoot and interview.

Please forward your materials to: info@motoringunlimited.com

Thanks,

Eric
