Edmonton area+1979 RX7 restoration
Hello All
I purchased my 79 RX7 on April 1 and drove it for about 20 years. Sadly, I let it sit for the last 20 years. I am at the point that I have to do something with it... either sell or restore. It only has about 100 Km and is in pretty decent shape.
My initial preference would be to restore it. However, I have not been able to find anyone would it.. other than commercial reno shops. This is way too expensive.
So I was wondering if any one knows of a competent reno guy who does this sort of work on a more "reasonable" basis and is located in the Edmonton area?
Any help or suggestion are greatly appreciated.

Welcome to the forum!
The SA/FB is a pretty nice car to learn to work on yourself. Most mechanical parts (except the engine) are still readily available from places like RockAuto and the forum here is an excellent source of used parts.
I would recommend giving it a go yourself, nothing to lose unless you are trying to build a collector quality restoration.
