Door Buzzer Won't stop

So, I have a question. What could have caused the door buzzer (on the driver's side) of my '82 RX7 GX to keep buzzing? It doesn't want to go off. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Just tell people it's the "Everything is Okay" buzzer.

The switch in the door is broken. You'll find it at the lower B pillar where the door closes.

If you can't fix it, remove the screws and unplug it.
