ON Do You Think Will Water Pump Last!

Do You Think My Water Pump Last!

After installing Pettit's Power Pulley and new belts over the winter I've develop a small coolant leak at start-up which quickly disappears as the engine warms up. The problem I believe is either the water pump bearings or the housing gasket (see pic) By the way, today did not leak at all, so I took the car for a quick wash and over to my local dealership for some spring maintenance plus check the deflection on the belts. My question is with this small a leak would the pump get me to DGRR and back without a failure.
I know I can pick-up a new pump for under $100 bucks stateside but would rather hold out for the Mazmart pump when I got a few more pennies in my pocket.
Thanks
The coolant seem to be coming from the weeping hole but not positive.

the question is.. How smart will you feel when the pump fails somewhere in the U.S and you have to hold up the people you are with while you scramble for a pump and tools and realize its 11 o clock at night and nothing is open

Just think HOW you would feel when you KNOW that the Pump is leaking, then IT decides to GO,.and then you are out on the Interstate,,it is HOT,damn hot,you can't pull over, car overheats,,Engine Goes BOOM,..you only have enough Cash for the Rally,.Car gets taken to "butt farked Idaho" where the parts take 3 days to get there,,and the "Guy"..aka Mechanic has never seen a "contraption like that there".
there goes your Whole car,,Bye bye.
..are you convinced now?,,to change it??

Part order plus a new 02 sensor which also seem to be on it last legs as well. After working and spending lots of dough on her all winter, you'd think she'd just give me a break and let me just drive her! But no she keep asking for more of my time & money, that's why I call her the "Red *****"!

^ Thanks guys for all the great comments!
Well after getting the cooling system flush and the belts at the proper tension she does not seem to be leaking anymore, but I'll bring the new water pump/gasket/sealer with me to DGRR just in case.
