I bought my car for having fun on some lapping days in summer and I'm doing it (last summer I've gone to 3 lapping days). Anyway now I want to do the trip like no one else, I dont care if my car broke... my bro will come pick me up with is truck and trailer So now stop bitchin me 'cause I've been a little insecure

these cars are made for longer trips its the short trips that kill them. I say go for it its worth the drive!

I drove my FC from Vancouver to Halifax when I moved back here, and the whole back was full of my stuff... literally I could not use the rear view mirror. Just make sure the car is tuned up and running well before you leave, ie. change your oil and other fluids, change your spark plugs and make sure your wires are good, make sure your tires have lots of wear left on them.... basically the things you should do with any car before taking it on a road trip.

And while your on the trip remember to add oil periodically. The only downside I can see is that your friends might start getting pissed at you needing to stop for gas while they're still at a half tank!!! (p.s. it probably won't really be that bad)

The FD's tank is bigger then the FC's tank. When we went on the caravan I remember being half tank while the FC's were 1/4

FD3S have 76 Liters tank and the Mr2 54 Liters
