Tools are always essential and I'll have a good selection with me. Also bringing some other spare parts and supplies.

Dam you Rick. I got home at 11:00pm. We stopped for supper and three fill ups. Also had a small mishap at around 160km/hr with some strong winds. Front lip took a walk under my car I think I need bigger washers to hold/strength the connections)

It was a blast. Had a lot of fun. Can't wait for the next gathering.

Indeed, it was a great time!
Thanks again to Buggy and company for putting this together. It's been awhile since we last got together as a big group.

Big cheers to Ian and Dougy for taking 2nd place in their respective categories!!
I still think Eddie got robbed for not taking 1st place in the FD category.

Can't wait to see some of the pics Mike took. Might be awhile. Last I heard he had over 500 shots he had to sort through. Expect the pics probably around the Fall or winter..

We got to Mike's place at 10:15pm. The rain was crazy hard! And Mike's tires were hydroplaning. So we couldn't run quicker than 100km/h.
I got into my car after getting everything out of the FD and headed home. Walked through the door at 11:05pm. Love my Bridgestone S-04's!!

Can't wait to do another get together.

Thanks guys for making it a great trip. Always good to be able to hang out and drive some awesome roads. Congrats to Ian and Doug they deserved the awards for sure and I do agree I think the awards weren't really picked well. That's up the the judges to decided though. Can't wait to see the pictures and videos. I was pretty lazy and didn't take any pictures or videos really.

Thanks guys. It was totally unexpected as I wasn't even going to bother entering into the car show.

Congrats to fellow Canuck Ian for taking second place in the FC class.

I was a bit disappointed that Eddies hot FD didn't even place but then again some how I placed second in FE.

Had an awesome time this year at DGRR catching up with peeps even though I broke down twice on the dragon and twice on the drive home.lol

Congratulations to you too!

The Dragon always breaks something on my car whether it be my brakes or fuel system.

this time it was the fuel pressure regulator failed. pegged out my gauge at over a 100psi!

Time to build a bullet proof fuel system me thinks.

well the weird part about my breakdowns is that during the award ceremony I was on top of mountain with OGTA rotor heads fixing mine while my name was called out for 2nd place. Yea.. imagine that they had to bring me my plaque. And then because of the breakdowns I didn't even get to drive the dragon at all!! Sucks because it was my first DGRR. I still had a great time driving the other roads though. Before mine quit I found she still has a lot of life in her!!
