dealer engines

okay i found a car thts been hit...and when i looked under the hood..the engine looked brand new....ihave never seen a dealer reman engine..or maybe new....anyways how can i tell if its from a dealer...

there will be a blue tag glued to the front cover just under the cas (distributor)
the bill for this info will be in the mail
