Computer Help!

I think my PC has a Virus, Bell told me to take it to a technician for repair after trying to fix it over the phone?
Anyone on here fix these things? It only took me an 1/2 to make this post....

HELP!

Install AVG free, run a scan. Install malware bytes, run a scan. If problem isn't fix, reinstall.
