Here's a way to check the build date of your JDM FD.

As the build date isn't stamped on the ID plate, it's often difficult to determine the date of manufacture. Now you can avoid an expensive mistake.

The info below is sourced from data collected by Frameno Frameno. This info would normally cost you a packet, but here's a free version.

Go to the Russian site listed below:

My russian sucks (read: non-existent), I have no idea what that site is saying and I punched in my VIN and got a pop up with a bunch of russian words... not helpful
