Check out the September '06 issue of Sport Compact Car
They compare a LS1 powered FD versus a Single Turbo Rotary FD on dyno, scales, quatermile and road circuit. I will not spill the beans but I have the issue.

Yeah it was, I gave your customer too good a deal on that car.
I didn't have the patience to sell them so I just gave them away. I'm making room for my new Stance coilovers.

i was going to post this. guess someone beat me to it, heh.
interesting article...although in all reality it doesn't really tell much (hard to really do a comparison, espeically when the cars are so different). and yes, numbers are good, i like the track tests and dyno sheet, but dropping in a V8 is really more a matter of preference. if you want to do it, go for it.
