I usually just change the ownership by putting my name on it. Pretty simple.

Pee on the car, and it becomes yours. Free of charge, or until someone else does teh same.

Agreed. The key to sucess with the pee-ownership method is to always hold it in. Then when someone pee-steals your car, you can pee it right back into your ownership.

Burger King. Ask for the extra pickles for 25 cents.

i have no idea what happened with this thread, i assure u all it's very ammusing, i might have to go out and pee on my own car everyonce in a while just to make sure it's still mine. but as for the original question. i ur talkign about the ownership of a car. u need but the original owner and the new owner to sign the back of the registration. then pee on the registration to be sure.

I figured eventually someone would come in and post the exact wording out of the pee ownership agreement manual.

Assuming that you are buying. The seller will sign the back of the green ownership paper. He'll tear that down the dotted lign and keep the plate portion and give you the other half. He'll also give you a receipt and the MTO reseller package.

You run down to your MTO office and give them all three pieces of paper. They'll transfer the ownership and give you a new ownership.

If you have a safety certificate and proof of insurance while you're there you also can get plates.

So, what's the problem???
