can any1 read japanese here !!! will pay to translate!!

so as many of you know that i am trying figure out my FD ecu which is knight sports
unfortunately its in Japanese and i do not know how to read it

theres a section here, i think its "far east" or something.

i have a hardcopy of the manual which is in japanese and there is no way that i can find it on the internet !!!! or an online version
