Calgary meet
Looks like the wife and I won't make it since our 1st gens are still in storage until spring.
Unless.... the meet falls on a Sunday and the whole entourage wants to cruise out to Black Diamond for a BBQ after the meet at Krispy Kreme. (we have our own gas BBQ this time).
I currently have three dis-assembled engines on the bench in the garage: two 12As and one 13B---- as well as that Sachs air-cooled single-rotor snowmobile engine under the bench.

I talked to Crymson today. I said I'm probably not going to make it, but I'm going to try to show up. I'm thinking that I could probably show up early, then bolt around 1:50 - 2:00. I have a ball game at 2:30.

Although it is quite hot today, I can see the Mediterranean down my street and I'm enjoying a couple of litres of fine homebrewed quaff.
Ramadan starts tomorrow, so I am celebrating early by drinking beer and eating a pound of bacon.
Have a fun meet.

things are going like they usually do. my motor will be installed tomorrow and car meet the day after, good thing i have no more BAC valve, to keep me from this one. how ever i'm not sure how my car is gunna run with the 1000cc secondaries.
I'd love to come but I uninsured the FD already for the winter.
Here was the last day a week ago before she went in the garage. I figure it's better to be more religious about not driving it in the winter than not. And the gas I save in the interim affords a few toys like nice new computer parts
Looking forward to next summer already

He stopped by while you were gone. I passed him on 16th Ave on the way to the meet. I thought he was heading there too. I think he just happened to see the few cars that were still at the meet when he was driving by.

I've got a brake master cylinder on the way from rockauto and I think nick812 has the wheel spindle I want.
It's coming along, maybe a bit slowly but I'm working on it.I need to find somewhere to park it over the winter. Any suggestions for storage companies around town?
