Or a rack of servers fell on him and he's been reduced to a dessicated skelton in the basement of E7

Looks like the wife and I won't make it since our 1st gens are still in storage until spring.

Unless.... the meet falls on a Sunday and the whole entourage wants to cruise out to Black Diamond for a BBQ after the meet at Krispy Kreme. (we have our own gas BBQ this time).

I currently have three dis-assembled engines on the bench in the garage: two 12As and one 13B---- as well as that Sachs air-cooled single-rotor snowmobile engine under the bench.

Jeezus. How gay does that sound?

I talked to Crymson today. I said I'm probably not going to make it, but I'm going to try to show up. I'm thinking that I could probably show up early, then bolt around 1:50 - 2:00. I have a ball game at 2:30.

I wasn't sure if you still had your car out Sean, I've seen a few leaves falling. Damned if one was to get trapped in your grill or something.

No doubt!

Although it is quite hot today, I can see the Mediterranean down my street and I'm enjoying a couple of litres of fine homebrewed quaff.
Ramadan starts tomorrow, so I am celebrating early by drinking beer and eating a pound of bacon.

Have a fun meet.

I'll grab coffee for maybe an hour or so.

I'd like to see the engines at Brett's place but I have plans tonight so I can't make it.

I'd love to come but I uninsured the FD already for the winter.

Here was the last day a week ago before she went in the garage. I figure it's better to be more religious about not driving it in the winter than not. And the gas I save in the interim affords a few toys like nice new computer parts

Looking forward to next summer already

He stopped by while you were gone. I passed him on 16th Ave on the way to the meet. I thought he was heading there too. I think he just happened to see the few cars that were still at the meet when he was driving by.

Forgot to mention that at the meet.

Thanks for the offer! I don't expect to need one anytime soon. (as I cross my fingers.) It was replaced last year.

I've got a brake master cylinder on the way from rockauto and I think nick812 has the wheel spindle I want. It's coming along, maybe a bit slowly but I'm working on it.

I need to find somewhere to park it over the winter. Any suggestions for storage companies around town?

Look like thats it for the year. The next meet should be the annual winter beater meet, sometime after X-mas. Since its a mild winter, we might have an X-mas meet or something.
