black FC sitting on side of hwy in cookstown?
just wondering if anyone here owns it? on side of hwy 11/400 in front of cookstown outlet mall...

and if so is there maybe something I or someone else here can do to help? as I assume its broken down since its been there a few hours and no one is around it.
