Hell yeah! Come on out.
I hope that everyone realizes that there's free accommodations etc... at my place. There's plenty of room for everyone.
We've got brochures that tells you all about the three-day event. It includes a description of the cruise route, a menu for the "lunch en route" and a numbered ballot for our door prize draw from our sponsors (Mac Tools and Snap-on). The cruise covers three different coastlines, from the beautiful Beaver Valley to the beauties on Sauble Beach!
I'll be glad to send out brochures by mail for any one who's interested. Just pm your address to me and let me know how many copies you'd like. Please give a copy to every rotorhead that you know.
If you love your car, and you love to drive, you'll love the BCM!

Seeing as how we are getting a good number of people comming out to this, I'm going to suggest that if people have 2 way radios to bring them. They really help to keep communication between all of the cars and helps to keep the group together.

Welcome aboard Footman! I'll be posting more details soon along with a PDF file of the brochure (you can view it now at:
http://www.rx8club.com/showthread.php?t=198991 )
When we get into July, I'll be asking for people to let me know who is planning on staying at my place. Those people will need to bring their own bedding, towels etc...(just so that I won't be stuck with a pile of laundry at the end of the weekend).

Does anyone have anything that needs to be repaired or checked before the cruise? I will have a shop available, just trying to decide which one I want to use. Also, if no one has anything to work on (I highly doubt this), I've got a S4 TII keg that we can take apart and see where it failed.

Just a brief update:
The Grey-Bruce Rotorheads will be meeting this week to go over the final details for the BCM 2010!
We've got some great door prizes including tools and swag. We'll also be serving up a beautiful steak dinner on the bbq Saturday night and breakfast for everyone both mornings.
Look for a new thread later next week with all of the details.
In the meantime...here's the link again to the brochure:

I'd have the file on here, but I can't figure out how to get around the file size issue.

If you wish send me your word file and all images and I'll see what I can do?
