Where can I get my third gen appraised in Ottawa for it's true value and not book value? Does anyone know anybody? I want to make sure I have it insured for the full value. Thanks

 

You can acctually get it done at the mazda dealer. the ministry on transportation [/I]made[I] my dad get his fb appraised when he registered it. He got it done at the mazda on bank.

The same guy did my car, Will's car and my dad's bike. His name is John Cruise, and he works out of Grampa's Garage. He's a good guy and is acredited - so the insurance company will be happy. He provided me with a folder that included a complete description, pictures and evaluation. It cost $135, and in my opinion is well worth it.

Before you do any evaluation make a list of all mods you have done to the car, as it will affect the evaluation price, as it goes towards "replacement cost" of the vehicle.

I am not sure as to my schedule yet, but I am going to the GP in Montreal, and then be at the USGP a week later in Indianapolis. Right now I am trying to get the week off between them so I can stay out in the east, but not sure about that yet. If I'm in Ottawa we should all get together for sure!

 

I'm gonna hold you to that Nick, you'd better show up at the wednesday meet if your in town during the week.

Also, am i mistaken, or were you not supposed to move back to ottawa after a year?
