I've heard that the price of an appraisal was set at 50$ by the provincial government in Ontario. Anyone know if that is indeed the case?

 

Find out what kind of appraisal is wanted by insurance company because they may want the full detail one with pictures of everything. This appraisal costs way more then the basic appraisal on just a sheet of paper. I lost out because of this so i would double check with your company.
