Anybody with Pimp Shock Experience?

No, this ain't no dirty trolling line. I have worked for years with 1 way and 2 way shocks, but I am now venturing into uncharted territory. I have a set of Dynamic shocks in the Cougar with 3 way adjustable settings that I know I need to work with to set the car up to my liking. Right now I need 2 different car setups. The first for TMP/Shannonville slow and bumpy with chance for curb hopping. The second for Mosport/CTMP fast, undulating with actual downforce effects. I also need to fine tune the car a bit more to get it working and responding to what I want.

Anyways, anyone on here with experience that can walk me through the setup techniques? Here is a link to the brochure. These are 4 way, mine are only 3 way. They have adjustment for Shock Rebound, Lo-Spd bump, Hi-Spd Bump and Shock Nose PSI.
