AB Any rotary mechanics in Edmonton?

Hey guys, I got a NA 87 FC I want to get running on the road again. Car finally died after daily driving it and the front rotor has lost compression and car has no power at all.

I don't have a garage but am willing to tow the car to someone that knows how to do it and I would like to get involved on working on it so I can learn. I can buy the rebuild kit before hand and I do have an extra housing if need be.

Please let me know!!!!

Welcome to the forum!
Saw you also had a ad out on Kijiji, no luck there? I’m pretty sure there are a few people around Edmonton who could help. I’d start with 4krunz (conroy) and I think bysdrift (mike) also does rebuilds. Both of them are pretty local. Also you should throw a message on some of the local rx7 Facebook pages. There might be more people that could help

Do you have any contact information for those guys? I'm trying to help get my son's '85 running. Any help would be appreciated.

When my fd blew a couple years ago I took it to 4kruzn and got a less than ideal experience but my engine was built and the car ran. You can pm me for some more details but I wouldn’t go that route. I actual ended up pulling my own engine this year and just finished building the short block yesterday. I’m in the Edmonton area so feel free to pm me
