Back in the days shine (well thats what it was called long time ago) alot of people were picking up Honda engines/parts from there for a reasonable price, you get what you paid for, not dirt cheap or insane expensive, fair price with good condition stuff. Personally i had picked up a bunch of stuff from there before long time ago, from a complete jdm dc2 front end to a B18C type-r head and alot of etc stuff, they were all in good condition for a good price. But don't quote me on that for sure since i haven't been there for quite some YEARS already....

but when it comes to a rotary (unlike other common imports where you can find a good condition block or head easilest in Toronto), personally i would rather buy a fresh rebuild one from a known specialist instead, since we are talking about almost 2k for a used unknown condition complete swarp and a fresh rebuild set will cost you around 4k+, but you might have to end up spending more than 4k+ if you get unlucky.

hey

with rotaries there are no guarantee, some of these rotaries has been sitting for a long time, unless your buying one to rebuild then its good. if your doing a direct replacement, found one with good compression runs and starts after you put it in, and the question is how long will it run? 20 yr old engine?

good luck

thank you so much.
I think I would buy it then stest the compression, then drive for awhile .To be honest,I just need my fc running for less than one yr,so i think the motor should be able to last until my Fd3s imported into Canada
