Smile Anniverary gift?

Hi all,

In April it is mine and Spencer's (SMNC) 10 year wedding anniversary. I would like to get him something nice for his RX-7, and I think that the best place to get geat car idea's is from the RX-7 fourm.

So my question is what would you want as a 10 year wedding anniverary?

I'm open to all idea's.

Thanx,
-Sarita

Hmmm, well how about an Engine Management System (Wolf, Haltech)?
That is just about the ultimate gift for a car
Would go perfect with his Turbo FB...

Hmmm.. I know what I would want as the ultimate aniversary gift... But I guess by the time you reach 10 years, that ship will probably have sailed...

Good RX-7 Stuff... Wheels and tires, RX-8 seats, the rare RX-7 reflector rear filler piece.

Search the 1st gen forum, spence has been posting up a bunch of stuff in there lately...

get him that box of timbits, and put a card inside, and make him believe the timbits was the actual present :p

but on the card inside u reveal where the actual present is, or something of that nature ... so when he finally finishes eating them, he will see the card, and be surprised :p

great ideas so far, but i was just wondering if this is supposed to be a surprise?
or his he not allowed to view this thread?

anyways, i don't have much experience with this kind of thing, but i would think something RARE and unique would mean more than something that is expensive but a dime a dozen (if that makes any sense, lol)...

Nick86 hit the nail on the head. One of those open wheel schools has to be everyone's wet dream (or else they're not aware of how cool that would be). If that's too expensive a regular one would be cool too. Whatever you do, you need to incorporate VagaBond-X's idea.

Well I guess since your posting here, I can't give any good hints about the gift. But I'll let everyone know that it is ONE of a kind. That should drive you a bit more crazy. I can hear the gears grinding now, trying to think of what it is. Trust me you'll love it.

another kid...not yet. But I probably hide the pregancy really well... I'm not really sure how that would be a present for the RX-7. hmm unless you replace the rotors with kids, I just don't see it.

Well, I got the gift (a couple weeks early)

The whole "one of a kind" thing was just to throw me off...

It's a Brand Spakin' New v2.1 CP Racing rack and pinion kit for my FB

Actually, according to Chris it was the first of the latest reversion of the kit...

Good for you!
