It seems like a pretty good deal.
Assuming the engine and turbos are still good.
A stock 93 FD with approx 100k on original engine etc, should fetch around 20k depending on condition.
Those mods will add up to more than 4k, (especially with the rims and labor if you werent going to do the installs yourself).
So if you were planning on doing those mods anyways, then I would say its a good deal.
As for the car being driven hard...I would like to think thats what the car was designed to do, and as such, it will be ok
Just buy it so I can have someone to drive around with when there's a cloud in the sky and Neo is in the Mazda 3 :P

A couple of comments...
Not sure what the owner means by 'never overboosted'. 12 psi is two pounds over stock and hence this engine has seen greater stress and heat levels than an unmodified one. Even very localized excess heat (which never shows up on the gauge) can damage O rings.
Get a compression test done by a knowledgable professional. And check for oil leaks on the housing which could suggest O ring problems.

Rotaomi,
I don't know whether to take this as a compliment, or as a sarcastic remark....
In either case, I'm sorry.... I'll change it right away... My apoligies if I offended your friend...
Just saw the pic from some website, so I borrowed it...
It'll be changed tonight...
