Raced on the #1. Gray 2nd Gen, maybe Turbo. I raced you from chestermere on ramp all the way into town.

I so smoked you in my Miata. Except the fact I only do 190 with the top down. You passed me after that but I was no more than 6 inches from your bumper on the on ramp and onto the highway. Dont lie, I know you were giving her. I know your on here somewheres..........

OWNED

Im just buggin ya man.

The one on the bus loop has a red FD in the garage.
B-ROB, do you ever park near the Y in Shawnessy, because I see a red FC with a bra there alot.

There is another one on the bus loop that runs parallel to 22X...just past the park. The guy with the red FD is just at the end of my street. Look up the street as you drive past and my Red FC will be out front...Silver one in the back lane.

Thursday's I'm usually at the Y, but I think the car that you see most often is driven by a girl (one of the students or teachers at the Y or Bishop 0'Byrne)...my car doesn't wear a bra either...hehe

I know its not any of the teachers from O'Byrne, but it could be a student. There is also a guy who goes there with a blue FC with a wing on it, kind of riced.

86j: That was so deja vu - my street rims for my red 91 are the exact same as you're running - now I know how chicks feel when another chick shows up to the party wearing the same outfit! S4 vs S5 does look different - but I bet my wife wouldn't notice except for no spoiler.
Back at ya with that deja vu:

Looking good, Jaymez.
That FD is screaming to be lowered, though.
Personally, I think 17" is optimum for FD rims, and I'm no fan of the spoiler. The 99spec bumper knock-off is intriguing, though. It'd be nice if it could fit the R1 lip spoiler insead of the 99-spec.
Have to see it in person to really know, I guess.

I don't have any Calgary sightings to report, but I saw a white FC while I was in the Dominican Republic last week. We were taking a bus to the airport and I saw it parked in someone's driveway.

I saw a red 2nd Gen GXL on Deerfoot, north bound Thursday evening. He had chromed side mirrors and muffler tips. We were up around McKnight. I was the red '87 GX beside him.

I think I might have seen your FD downtown once, Jaymez. Not 100% sure though, it was a nice silver FD regardless. IMO you have the best car in Calgary

I just got back from strathmore and there was a 20B FD driving around, it was black. I tried to follow him but obviously I couldn't. I could tell it was a 20B due to the lack of hood. The Manifold was painted. It was sick.

You probably saw Shauno's car.
I also saw it downtown.....once....years ago.....he actually drove it one day....

As for the best car in Calgary, I'm sure there are some Ferrari and Lambo owners in town who might dispute your assertion.

As for 20B FDs in town, you could see 3 of them in one spot all of last summer...at Specialties...although none of them were running. I only know of 2 that are truly local. I'm sure there's more.

edit: Here's a pic of Shauno's ride from 2001. Dunno if he still has the sticker

Haha okay, maybe that's going out on a limb, but indeed I'd say it's in the top 5 =P I love FD's, and since there's no EK9 Type R's or Evo VIII's in Canada... they're usually right on top of my list in terms of favorites

I think the driver of the silver FD I saw downtown one day (Chinatown) was asian, if memory serves correctly. I only saw it from the front end, and since it was probably over a year ago, I wouldn't recognize it if I saw it in a picture; It might not even be local for all I know *shrugs*

I'd love to see a 20B RX-7 or Ferrari in person someday =O The closest I've been to either is seeing a silver Ferrari while on the #3 to school one morning, but if a Ferrari isn't red, it just doesn't seem right :P
