If you can afford an FD, you can afford a winter beater!

Besides ruining the FD from the winter weather, you also put your life and others at risk!! She does not like snow at all!! And you live in Calgary!!! Holy Crap!!!

Get yourself a beater...

There is someone here in Winnipeg who drives or at least use to drive their 3rd gen in the winter. I didn't see it last winter, but the two winters before that I did. He puts on steel rims with winter tires all around. Personally mine stays in the garage all winter..

Blah , FD is perfectly fine in the snow , just get some good tires , and winterize your car.

Lates,
If you can afford the maintenance on these cars then you can afford a beater.

driving an rx7 in the winter is retarded.

I've done it before, and I WON'T do it again! get a TSI AWD talon, they're dirt cheap and the closest thing to a snowmobile you can get with 4 wheels.

you sound like an american!.. dt toronto still gets snow..

i had a 82 rx7, without lsd which was awesome in the winter.. if you need a rotary powered mobile year round, you should consider something like this. fun goin around corners 6000rpm in 3rd leavin some wicked ice patches but maintian full control. had a prob once though.. got to close to a snow pile in the middle of the road and it sucked me in! instant 180. beater though, so it was more fun than anything..

until he went out of control and totaled it in a snowbank
or he just found a brain and now puts it away for the winter.
