1. what would the minimum psi an open vented bov should hiss? 5psi?

2. can you feel the fuel cut-off in a 88 turbo? i jimmy rigged my autometer boost guage to try and have about 8-9psi at full boost. nice and smooth w/ one little blip at around 6800-7400 rpm
