13b re

if you swap in a 13b re twin turbo do you have to do new engine mounts or is that just with the 20b.

Swap it into what? If 2nd gen, read the 2nd gen FAQ sticky in the 2nd gen section.

Yes the engine mounts are different on the RE motors. You will need custom mounts.
