TX Texas FC3S Drift Build

Howdy, I'm Jerry Johnson from Tyler,Tx. Never driven a event in my life. This is my first official build dedicated to drifting.
I'm more of a look good type of car guy but Formula D and our local Fabricated Motorsports events keep giving me a
itch to slide my car around.

I'll start talking about the car now.

1991 Mazda Rx7
Original 13b (I believe, Not sure)
Carpet is pulled from front section of the car.
Headliner is also pulled out.
Car still has A/C but the button doesn't stay on. I have to hold it.

Current Mods
2.5'' Manifold Back Exhaust into a 4'' Tip
HKS Hypermax Hyper D Coilovers: 32 way Damping Adjustment & Height Adjustment

Future Plans
Bn Sport Aero Kit
Origin Lab or Hotline 50mm Rear Overfenders
Big Country Labs Wing
Shine Auto rear roof spoiler

Cosmis Racing Wheels XT-005R or Varrstoen ES2.2
Full Abercrombie FC angle kit (As a full kit i'll get 72*° of steering angle & 4° ackerman spread)
GtFactory/\PoweredByMax--Multilink Suspension & Solid Diff & Subframe Risers

That's about it for now. Not sure on 13bT or another swap yet. Wishlist seems a bit expensive but not a overnight build. Kinda hoping it will be 80% done buy this time next year.

Looks good congrats!

I think you should run it stockish until you get a couple seasons of familiarity with the car.

After that you are going to need more power if you want to slide easily on 50 mm wider wheels.

Thanks to both of you. I ran 18x9 18x10.5 on my first Fc and it could break lose but I agree power is a must at a event. I also forgot to add pictures of my blue fc I owned.

TX First Blue Fc

Here are some pictures of my first Fc I sold couple months back. Loved the fitment but car needed too much work. Anyone willing to tell me how to upload the pictures a bit larger so viewers don't have to click the attachment?

Seen that blue FC for sale a while back. I only know 2 other people in Houston with FCs and one I've never met, just text him from time to time since his car isn't running. The other one we just had a moment where we drove past each other and pointed like "Hey you have the same car!"

If you ever go to a drift event in Houston, look for an Arab in a FC vert. That's me.
