I think I might switch to dirt and find rally events.
Bridgys and dirt just feels right
I'm lookin at doin a Miata gear swap and getting a 4.3 or 4.8 rear end

Yep still stock ecu. Runs great
I'll prolly use it for awhile.
At least until I get a wide band and see if its killing my engine or not

New vid/edit too

Thanks guys.
The wheels are stock off a 91, i have 205 65 r15 snow tires mounted right now so i dont get stuck in my driveway.
I gotta raise it up some yet so i dont snow plow
im trying to fix the lip of my vert wheels for auto x and getting a set of crown vics hopefully for summer street tires

The car is definitely not done, its just usable so i can break it in

I have a whole TII drivetrain lined up besides a rear end
going to use a 4.3 rear and torsen lsd
Then im going to start hoarding parts for a lysholm or whipple setup with rb26dett throttle bodies

Im trading a gun for a 74 Repu and this motor is goin in with a blower so i got enough grunt to tow my FC around when it has too much power

Just realized the 2nd pic in your first post is not your car, do you happen to know what wheels are on that SE?

The motor sounds amazing! The dump-tip must be a fad huh? Looks so weird and unorthodox lol.

Not sure if its a fad or not. I was just trying to quiet my exhaust a little and not catch my bumper on fire. That's prolly why ya see em a lot
And gettin a $30 tip is a lot cheaper than a $1000+ for a real dolphin tip cat back. I'm not rich enough to hop on the JDM band wagon...yet

Well its broken in, runs great
I'm saving up for a miata gear swap, and new mufflers.. and a new clutch apparently.

I'd like to be abit quieter and not so raspy. I guess it kinda barks more than rasps.
I dunno, all I know as that its soo loud that it makes dear fall over.

Any ideas for a good sprung hub clutch?
I had been using a stage 1 centerforce, never really liked it from the get go
Im looking at getting a light weight fly wheel as well. Racing Beat for both?

Still gotta S5 front end in my shed.. need trim and rear bumper tho
For wheels im lookin at some knock off watanabe GR 8's
XXR 002 16X8 0 offset.. I know they're lame knock offs.. but they still look good

Its got stock S5 bubble 5 spokes on it now with snow tires, and I have vert BBS's for Auto X

Still need a horn/harzard/blinker CPU to make it street legal. hah
then small things like a new passenger kick panel, not broken defrost vents.
and to make my logicon and mixer stuff all work some how... ugh thats still alot

Oh, I'm getting it on a dyno when I get my tax return. I'm hoping to break 200

Nice build man sounds like my bridge. But I can tell by the sound your running g lean at idle. I fixed the problem with a adjustable fuel pressure on regulator and delete the factory fuel pressure regulator. After doing that I got my bridge to idle at 12k with good throttle response.

Good luck with the build

Yea it definitely feels lean, especially around 3000 ish
Good idea on the fpr,I'm givin that a go later for sure when I put a stealth 340 pump in
I've been thinkin bout runnin a fuel lab digital fpr

I might just swap the injectors for now and put the 550s on the primary and 460s on secondary see if that helps at all. Still thinkin about gettin some gslse 680s

Who knows, I might just buy a turbo parts car with rtek and 720s and go that route. Prolly going to do this anyways cuz it's cheap

Not worried about it till I dyno
I haven't been driving it much, maybe 5 miles a week
Tax return was bunk, I owed from a year back and my accountant took the rest
So everything is on hold again, but we all know how that goes

I'll post another vid soon when I get my RPF1s on tho

This is pretty much exactly what I plan to do. I have a free GXL, I just need to get towed to my house, and a shed full of s4 n/a engine parts. I just despise the convoluted n/a intake manifolds.

Do the aux port actuators make much of a difference?

I was considering running a port matched t2 LIM and bridging the aux ports too (although I seem to remember hearing that last part wasn't generally recommended)

here are a few videos

keeping the bridge "fed" the hard part of job (why the stock intake sucks).
once i got the Air fuel ratio around 13.0:1 at idle the sound different was night and day.

Ya, here is my car back then with 4 550cc injectors on a rtek stage 2.0.*

here is a video with the AFR around 13:1

<iframe width="560" height="315" src="http://www.youtube.com/embed/JTOqU0Ye2a4" frameborder="0" allowfullscreen></iframe>

here is the AFR around 15:1 with some nice afterburn lol

<iframe width="560" height="315" src="http://www.youtube.com/embed/wdLUBWUnkqo" frameborder="0" allowfullscreen></iframe>

Same 15:1 AFR but better timing map

<iframe width="560" height="315" src="http://www.youtube.com/embed/Y-egb9DFkik" frameborder="0" allowfullscreen></iframe>

Here is the AFR super lean so much it did not even register
<iframe width="560" height="315" src="http://www.youtube.com/embed/Vc_ukVBSlBE" frameborder="0" allowfullscreen></iframe>
