Finalizing a S5 (1991) complete restoration - Need fan controller...

I understand that there is an auxiliary fan on the turbos and automatic cars that controls the factory electric fan in front of the car.
From what I see in the factory service manual, there is a small fan controller that is located in the passenger right-side kick panel.

I cannot find the controller in the parts microfiche (yet), but I will continue to look.
Where might I find one of these?

Does anyone have a bunch of parts from an automatic or turbo series 5 car that they could look in?

there is no controller unit, there is though, a relay and jumper harness thing
relay is H430-67-740, it should say H430 on it
jumper harness was FC20-61-545

it looks like any S5 with the additional fan would have these, so AT and turbo cars. the non turbo manual didn't have this additional fan

Yea, I am adding the fan to my 1991 non-turbo manual car, knowing that i have to obtain the other funky things to make it work.
If i have to, I'll make my own harness and relay/diode harness to make it work as expected.

Now, the relays I have several of, but the wiring diagram shows a "Cooling Fan Control Unit".
I have also read a thread (somewhere) recently that the module has the words "ENGINE FAIL" on it. (if i recall correctly and am not confusing two unrelated memories).

Thoughts?
