Saturday's autocross if anyone's interested... I wasn't a fan of the course, it had a lot of tight elements, but it was still fun.
My G meters are flipped for some reason, looks like I'll have to re-calibrate them. but I did hit 1.5G which is cool :-) |

YLD 78U looks like epic fun! I wish we had Autocross here in Australia.. we only have Hillclimbs, nothing like that though! :( Undaunted, I Googled "Australian GymKhanna" and found it is some Equestrian events in Australia. Also learned Hooning IS a crime in Australia with anti-hooning ads and all like the war against drugs in the US. So, you can horse around on a horse, but don't horse around in a car. Well, Hillclimbs ARE fun. |

I added rear camber to the back of the car (back up to a stock link on one side and a ronin "stage 1" on the other. It's at about ~1.8-1.9* in the back.
I took a bolt out of my camber plates to get the last little bit out of them that the bolt was blocking... it's up to -3.2* now. I might have to slot my struts to get a bit more up front. camber plates slider was hitting the bolt head: https://lh3.googleusercontent.com/4M...E=w532-h944-no no more bolt head: https://lh3.googleusercontent.com/wt...=w1680-h944-no The car liked the camber... so that's good. :p: Nice photo of my car a fellow rx7 owner took (on a film camera no less, the actual photo looks much nicer, my scanner needs work...) https://lh3.googleusercontent.com/Ww...=w1430-h944-no Video of yesterday's event. It was pretty quick... the rx7 needs more power. My main competitor showed up with new winter modifications (fresh 335 tires on all 4 corners of his 600 whp STI) and was much faster. I have to catch up to do :P I think it's finally time to start tuning E85. |

Looking good! How does it feel with the new control arm bushings?
