Different idle speeds

This time i've got a strange problem. The car is running great but there is something messing around with my idle. I set up the fast idle stuff like the manual says and it works but since i've done that the idle speed varies when the car is completely warmed up.
It's a bit hard to explain but i'l try my best. When the car is warmed up the idle goes down to round about 800 but sometimes after i went wot the idle won't go down to 800 anymore. The car sometimes stays at 1500 or at 1200 or at 1000. This mostly happens when the engine has seen boost pressure and if i rev it a bit up till the secondary throttle plates start opening it will go down to 800 rpm afterwards like nothing ever was wrong before.
I allready tried to pull the connector of the bac valve but that changed nothing. What else could i do?

Edit: The car is a 88 Turbo II btw. And i managed to post in the wrong section. Should be in second generation specific and not in build threads. Sry.

Mine will do the same thing and I believe it to be the dashpot. When I look at the rtek via laptop it'll show the at 25% throttle when doing this instead of 20%(normal idle), if I kick the pedal a few times it drops to normal. My thermowax and double throttle have been removed, its the only thing left if my throttle cable its self isnt binding.

That could be but i think it would have to be the lower dashpot for the secondary throttle plates because it only happens to me after i moved them. By the way what would happen if i simply remove those dashpots?
