If you're looking to alleviate the 3800 RPM hesitation then take the ground wire from an engine sensor such as the Pressure Sensor and splice in another wire to ground to the engine. The Main ground for the ECU is located on top of the engine towards the rear housing. The charging grounds are at the driver fender and starter mounting bolt. The grounds at the ECU are pins 3A, 3G, 2R and 2C. There's a transmission ground running from it to the firewall as well.
